How does the Scrapbookerie Card
work?
The bar code behind the "plastic" card is unique to
each client. It gives access to the information in your
Account (name, coordinates, number of stamps accumulated, birthday, etc.).

How may I obtain a
Scrapbookerie Card?
In store, during your next visit, we will offer you a
card if your purchases exceed 25.00$. For Internet clients, we will
mail you your card with your next order of 25.00$ or more.

How may I convert a "paper" card
to a "plastic" card"?
If you already own a Privilege Card, present it to one of
our sales consultant during your next visit and it will be our
pleasure to convert it to a Scrapbookerie Card. The stamps you have
accumulated will be transferred to your "virtual" account.

Do all products give points -
stamps?
No.
The purchase of SDU courses and other workshops do not give
any stamps.
Scrapsacs
and ScrapPapiers as well as the purchase of gift certificates
do not provide stamps either. Taxes and delivery charges (for
Internet orders) are not included in the privilege program and
therefore do not give any stamps.

How can I know if a product
doesn't give stamps?
You will see a red X on the icon
of the Scrapbookerie Card in the summary of your shopping cart
if you bought items that are not valid for the privilege
program. Please note that La Scrapbookerie reserves the
right to remove the function of accumulating stamps on any
product, any time.
Here is an example (see image
on left and below):
I have in my shopping basket
items for a total of
55.76$
before taxes and shipping fees, but I only see ONE stamp on my
virtual Scrapbookerie Card, why? By clicking on "Order Summary",
you see that the 3 gift certificates don't give any points; a red stamp icon
is displayed beside the price.
You can visualise the number of stamps accumulated (amount of
money) by going over the grey virtual Scrapbookerie Card with
the mouse. A message in a yellow box will appear, revealing the
actual number of stamps for the order in progress.

Do items on sale also give
points?
Yes.
However, you accumulate stamps on the reduced price of the
product, not on the regular price.

How can I know the balance
of the stamps on my Scrapbookerie Card?
At all times, you can present your card in one of our stores
to know the balance of stamps in your account. The number of
stamps you have accumulated will also be printed on your
receipt each time you purchase something.
You can also verify the balance on our website by opening your
Account. An image at the top of your shopping basket
indicates de number of cards with 10 full boxes as the case
may be and the number of stamps on your actual card (icons in
grey).
In the example on the left, there is an accumulation of 32
stamps in the Account as well as 2 stamps in the order in progress. These two stamps won't be added before
the order is shipped.

What happens if an item of
my order is not available? Will the stamp be accumulated
anyway?
No, the
number of stamps is calculated according to the amount of the
real actual order being shipped and doesn't include the
value of out of stock items.

Spending stamps

How do I convert stamps into
money?
You can show up in store with a full Scrapbookerie Card (10 stamps)
and we will automatically deduct 25.00$ of your purchases (on all
products except courses and gift certificates).
On our website, when your session is active, the number of stamps
accumulated in your Account is recorded and the system will give
you the option to use a part or the totality of your stamps
when you click on "Proceed to payment".
In the example below, there are 32 stamps to the Account, so at
the time of payment, you have the choice to trade up to 30 stamps.
If you use, for
example, 20 stamps, the amount to pay changes automatically
(50.00$ less).

Is it possible
to
spend accumulated stamps any time ?
You must reach a minimum of 10
stamps before being allowed to convert them into
money. There is no expiry date, the stamps accumulated are valid
at all times.
However, in store, it is not allowed to apply stamps on a same
transaction (receive points for a purchase, and use these same
points to pay the purchase).

Could
I pay
an order entirely with my accumulated stamps? In
products, yes. But for an order sent by mail, the transportation
fees for shipping will be charged.

What happens to the stamps accumulated in
the case of a reimbursement? The stamps will be
subtracted from the total.

What can I do
if my card is lost?
It is still possible to
continue to accumulate stamps in your account (we have access to
it with your name and coordinates). A new card can also be given
to you -- we will transfer the amount of stamps on the previous
account to your new account.

When we pay with a gift certificate, are
we still allowed to get stamps? Of course!
** La Scrapbookerie reserves
the right not to renew a card.
